The manual says the unit can be assembled in 90 minutes.Two of us were able to do so in 2 hours with no serious problems.There was one problem that was caused by a wrong part for the unit we assembled.One latch was manufactured as a "left-hand" rather than a "right-hand" part and would not snap into place.The problem was solvedby forcing it into place with the wrong orientation and attaching it with a couple of sheet metal screws.The only other minor problem was one warped ceiling panel that was difficult to install.The shed is sturdy and a good value for the dollars spent.The one we purchased was on sale item at Menard's.It came in two boxes easily transported in a pickup truck. The unit would be greatly improved if it came with a window kit or overhead sky light.
