I received my order relatively quickly but had to return it because it came with missing drawers. It took several days for them to respond to my email but they finally sent me another storage system however, they didn't want the old one sent back. Now I have a storage file with missing drawers that I hope to someday get the missing drawers for or find another purpose for it.
